Job Title : Oracle ERP Consultant

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle ERP solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes within Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and provide solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI tools.
• Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Manage data migration, validation, and system upgrades while ensuring data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant or similar role.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), or Fusion Applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HCM modules.
• Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of ERP integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, or Middleware.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementations, system configurations, and process automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, APEX, and OTBI.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
